How much experience do you have and where did you graduate from?
  I have been an attorney since 1982 and graduated from University of Texas - Austin School of Law. I have been a CPA since 1983.

Are you board certified?
   Yes. I am Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law, and also in Tax Law.

Will you personally be drafting my documents, or will some secretary or other staff person be doing that?
   I personally draft all of my clients' legal documents from start to finish.

Do you make house-calls?
   Yes, if you are unable to drive to my office.

How much do you charge?
   In general, my fees are comparable to most other estate planning attorneys. I will normally give you a fixed fee quote after our initial meeting when I determine the complexity of your situation.
